Can someone please fill me in on the meaning/implication of
an angio sarcoma with "large" cell as opposed to small cell.
What's the implication of cell size. I'd guess one is harder
to treat than the other? We are told it's rare. The patient
is a 25 yr old female. Chemo has been stopped due to lack of
response after 3 treatments.
This particular tumor is on the spine and is fast growing and
aggressive. Is this typical of an angio sarcoma or are there
numerous forms/types?
Also can anyone comment on how U.C. Med. center in San Francisco
is ranked among its peers?
Thanks in advance,
Eric
