Dear Kristen,
Congradulations! It is always refreshing to read of another success in
the fight against cancer. You are so correct in stressing the importance
of a positive attitude. I had my surgery at Memorial Sloan Kettering in
March of this year. Like you, I contacted the NCI and was advised that
the two best hospitals were Memorial and MD Anderson in Houston, Texas.
After surgery and 37 treatments of radiation, I am cancer free and hoping
to stay that way!
I hope to read your story on this web some day soon. You can find mine
in the archieves. Look forward to hearing more from you...it is so
important for us cancer survivors to support one another and those just
starting the journey.
God Bless You,
John Lehner
