Dear Jenny,
Let me reassure you of several things. That it is totally false about
lymphatic metastasis (spread) that is terminal. I know many, yes many
situations and cases where there was lymphatic involvement and due to
treatments, conventonal and/or alternative those individuals are cured
or in control today. One example is my wife. My wife has an ovarian
type cancer which was diagnosed Stage IV metastasis to lymph glands from
pelvic, abdomen, neck, arms, groin and chest. When she was given a poor
prognosis, and by the way we told the doctors at the inset, "don't ever
tell us how long she has to live", we have kept all our options opened
to any treatment and then decided on what the best was. In some cases we
felt it wasn't good for us and then went on to the next. But, we kept
and keep all options and doors open.
The fallacy about cancer being terminal is just that. It is a false
belief and one that is a fallacy. Don't ever let anyone tell you that
cancer in any form is terminal. Remember this: Cancer is a degenerative
disease and all degenerative diseases can be reversible. I was told that
by a Doctor at the time of Barbs diagnosis and that positive thought has
stuck with us ever since. There are those in the medical community as
well as some of our friends and relatives who at the onset beliefs were
terminal. It was their attitudes we had to change not ours.
Sorry I am rambling. But lymphatic involvement wherever it may be in
thebody can be dealt with and can be either cured or controlled.
May I suggest you call two very good sourses for information. One is The
Simonton Cancer Ctr in Santa Barbara, Cal. for alternative treatment and
the other is the National Cancer Institute 1-800-4cancer for information
about the disease, treatments, and much more information.
Between the two you will find good positive sources for combatting the
disease. May I also suggest you read two very good, positive books that
will reassure you of what I said, and that is "Peace, Love and Healing"
by Dr. Bernie Siegel, and DR. Carl Simontons, "The Healing Journey".
Pls continue to come to this discussion group and we will be able to
support you through this ordeal. I hope this will give you some positive
information and support.
God Bless YOu
Marty
