Dear Rich,

In addition to what Joanne astutely added, you may wish to call the
National Cancer Institute, toll free at 1-800-4cancer and they will
answer any questions you may have concerning about the disease,
treatments, where to get 2nd opinions and written material snail mailed
to you in 2 days about the disease and treatments of protocal.

Good luck and thanks to Joanne as well,

God Bless you
Marty
