Though I stopped subscribing to the list earlier today (too exhausted these
days to get thru all the mail that comes in), I wanted to share with you
this simple little tx for shingles (in addit'n to anti-viral drugs, of course):
Ordinary milk of magnesia.
I've never had shingles, but read abt that simple, inexpensive tx on one of
the breast cancer listservs. I shared it with a friend of mine who DID have
it, and she said it seemed to help. She also tried calamine lotion, and
thought that it, too, made a difference.
