Sometimes I believe the medications exacerbate the problem when the
simplest may work better. Dehydration in any form must be addressed by
drinking at least 1/2 to 1 gallon of water for a period of not less than
one week. And probably should be a dietary necessity for the duration of
ones quality life. Iknow its a lot, but water, especially mineral or
spring water, sure is a cure all and in many cases is an instrument in
avoiding some major illnesses. You may just want to try hot tea with
some lemon for a while. I am not a doc, but have experienced the
dehydration syndrome.
