Ron is so astute in his advice to you. May I also add relaxation methods
are also essential as Ron pointed out. The methods, whether meditation
or guided imagery or other methods are utilized tend to break the "chain
of stress" when the methods are employed thereby reducing the ability
for cancer cells to progress if "toxic stress" exacerbates the disease.
And usually "toxic stress" is an underlying determining factor to any
cancer disease. The methods you may use, and I would suggest for about
three times a day, 20 minutes to 1/2 hour each, is just sitting in a
chair in an area where you can't be disturbed closing your eyes in a
very relaxing position, and listening to one of the many audio tapes
available for relaxation methods. And its okay once you have listened
to these tapes and visualized your disease going away or being fought
off, to go to sleep.

HOpe this helps as it does for us and the many we suggest this too.

Thanks to Ron also for his very astute advice about relaxation and
continuing coming to mol-cancer for continued support.

God Bless You
Marty
