There are two docs at Johns Hopkins in Baltimore who are very  highly
regarded  in the field- one is Henry Brem, and the other is Dr. Long (sorry
the first name escapes me). 
CHeck them out, if you would consider the trip into Baltimore.  Also, I'd
ask THEM who they would recommed in the Wash. area, perhaps they can help.
