The instructions for removal from the list came in the first e-mail you
received from mol-cancer. The instructions were as follows:
If you ever want to remove yourself from this mailing list,
you can send mail to "Majordomo@lists.kbt.com" with the following command
in the body of your email message:
unsubscribe mol-cancer (your e-mail address here)
