My mother, aged 61, was diagnosed to have an invasive
adenocarcinoma of colon, classified as stage G3 and a sequel
liver metastasis, stage Duke´s 3 in February 1996. Both tumors
were removed surgically.
Three days ago sonographic examination identified two liver
metastases appr. 2,5 cm in diameter each. The surgeon recommended
chemotherapy for subsequent treatment.
Who knows relevant and promising alternatives available to date,
names of oncologists, programs and clinics which perform such
treatment?
