I am a oncologist in Hong Kong. My experience with
adenocarcarcinoma is that taxol combination is extremely effective but
not using alone. For bladder cancer worth trying combined taxol and
carboplatin. I his kidney function is indequate, try taxol and
mitomycin C combination. In addition my experience with mushroom
extract, polysaccharide peptide, is effective in improving his appetite
and his overall immune status. Some of the work on mushroom has
